After a successful tenure training young professionals at Prudential Financial, Inc., Nada Blackman elected to take her passion for ensuring smooth workflow production into a career advising students as they build their own careers. Her former position working within a company of over 300,000 employees positions her to engage with people from all walks of life and reduce the complexity of defining a future career path. Willson graduated from Princeton University in 1999 with a Ph.D. in Psychology. Rather than pursuing a more traditional trajectory in her field, she applies her passion for understanding people to coach clients as they develop future career pursuits. This applies especially in her specialty areas of coaching for public presentation, conflict resolution, and developing creative thinking abilities. Clients under her council typically go on to obtain jobs in top management positions around the country including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and American Express Company.
